Follow Me workshop
The Follow Me workshop introduces you to parkour basic techniques and safe practicing. The workshop is targeted at the whole family but the recommended age is 7 years and up. You will be learning the ABC of parkour with Ward Mortier and Thomas Decaesstecker, who are experienced acrobats and parkour professionals.
